B&J Crown Royal 30K is one of the Simmental breed's leading calving ease sires and also exemplifies what the Simmental breed can use to promote a very stylish show animal with good growth and excellent maternal characteristics.

Crown Royal sires extremely clean fronted, long spined, square hipped, moderate framed calves, and works extremely well with Angus, Chi, Maines, and Shorthorns as well as Simmental cattle. Crown Royal is becoming very well known with calves from the Blue Ribbon Classic Sale going to Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio and Indiana. Crown Royal is out of a Thunderstruck dam that I consider to be the best Simmental cow I have ever seen. She has no holes and has been an exceptional donor cow. You can use Crown Royal with confidence on first calf heifers and in any club calf program that wants predictability in what type of calf you may get versus the guessing of the shotgun-type breeding of many of the composite bulls available today.
